Instructions for use: apply the shampoo on the hair and rinse. Apply the deep conditioner from tip to root and detangle. For a permanent repair, you can leave the conditioner on your hair for 5-10 minutes. For dirty or damaged hair, leave it on longer. Rinse with cold water.
