    Our Returns Policy must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.

    It is important to check the integrity of the products purchased, always before use. If errors or problems are found, they must be communicated to us immediately.

    Orders can be canceled before shipment without giving reasons, by sending a request via email info@bellapil.com or by filling out our contact form - the order number in the subject line. After shipment, it will be necessary to wait for delivery before evaluating a possible return.

    Before requesting a refund after shipping, you must check that the item is NEW, with its original packaging, undamaged, undamaged or modified.

    The refund is issued in the form of a gift card or in the same payment method if requested by the customer. Within 1-5 working days from the date of request or delivery to our warehouse of the returned goods you will receive notification of the refund.

    We are constantly committed to offering safe and qualitatively perfect products, therefore:

    - it is not possible to return creams or products which, due to their characteristics and nature, risk deteriorating or deteriorating rapidly (Article 55, paragraph II, letter c).

    -It is not possible to replace items that have already been sent.

    - The returned product must be intact (this also applies to kits or products purchased as a combo, the return cannot be for only one part of the item), in its original packaging, new, undamaged, unopened, altered or modified. Otherwise the product will be rejected.

    The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days starting from the day of receipt of the order, by sending a request email to info@bellapil.com, with the order number.

    If there has been an error or you have received a damaged product, please notify us promptly within 5 days to info@afroitalia.it with your order number. In these cases, after internal verification, AfroItalia undertakes to close the report with refunds and/or withdrawals;

    In the case of damaged or wrong products, a refund will be issued on the same payment circuit ONLY if the product is not in stock, for express refund requests from the customer, the refund will be made in the form of a gift card. While we do not guarantee withdrawals, replacements or storage of orders until the products are restocked. Report handling times take up to 5/7 working days.

    Return and replacement costs for other reasons are NOT charged to AfroItalia.

    Refund accepted after checking the integrity of the article will be issued in the form of a gift card of 100% of the cost of the product ((less shipping costs and other additional costs)) within 6 working days from the date of receipt in the warehouse.

    Non-compliant products will be rejected and the customer will have to take care of the collection to get the products back within 14 working days from the communication of the outcome.

    SANCTIONS EXPENDITURE
    Shipments that will be returned to the warehouse will be charged with the following expenses


    - shipping costs foreseen for the country of destination


    WHEN IS A PARCEL RETURNED TO THE SENDER?

    At the request of the recipient
    After two delivery attempts
    After the outcome of an incorrect address or unknown/non-existent recipient
    After 48h (excl. Sunday only) in storage (therefore no collection from the recipient)
